Note：

The price will change depends on numbers of interpreters,
specialization and location

Transportation cost will be charged (any forms
transportation, including taxies)

Meal service will not be included. However, if
interpretation should be taken place on such occasion, a
fee will be charged. (when interpreters were required to
pay)

Additional fee occurs when it extends more than 8 hours
(between 9:00-17:00). We will charge 25% of the original
cost per hour for overtime.

If overtime lays between 11:00 pm-6:00 am, we will ask for
50% more of the original cost.
-
Travel fee (beyond a 20-kilometer radius) adds 2000yen
more per hour.

We request 30% additional charge for of the verseas
assignment.

If it is an overnight assignment, accommodation fee charge
will be made

If multiple interpretations are needed at the same time,
25%-50% additional charges may apply.

Cancel fees will apply after canceling your order
(The day of service 100%, 1-3days 50%, 4-14days prior is
30%, after actual order is made 10% of the charge will
apply)
＊We may ask you to make the payment of the full amount in
advance in case of the initial order.
＊The payment process is negotiable when your order is
over USD1000.00.

Estimation can be done in one hour, estimation for
free（however, the price is subject to change dependingd
on the cases）
